It's easiest to add small things to the diet you already have than to change everything all at once. See if you can challenge yourself to eat one more fruit or vegetable per day than you already do. Once that's a habit, maybe try taking away or reducing one food or snack that doesn't make you feel so great, or switching from one version of something to a healthier version. If you take small steps very slowly, they're more likely to become lifetime habits than if you change everything all at once. :)
